Chef Ariff leads the kitchen at Asian Market Café, bringing with him 29 years of culinary experience and a deep-rooted passion for Halal-certified cuisine.

His culinary perspective is shaped by a diverse range of global influences, spanning Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavours to Indian, Chinese, Thai and Southeast Asian traditions. Guided by a respect for authenticity and craft, he presents dishes that are both rooted in heritage and thoughtfully executed.
