Merchandise Redemption

- Voucher is valid for one-time redemption only at the Level 2 Disney-themed Retail Pop-Up at Swissôtel The Stamford
- Original, physical voucher must be presented upon redemption. Photocopies, screenshots, or damaged vouchers will not be accepted
- Redemption is valid only during the stated campaign period and operating hours of the retail pop-up (from 9am to 9pm)
- Failure to redeem the merchandise within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the merchandise entitlement, and no replacement or extension will be provided
- One redemption voucher is entitled per eligible room booking/package unless otherwise stated
- Redemption items are strictly non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable
- Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other products/services
- Lost, stolen, defaced, or expired vouchers will not be replaced or extended
